(October 2007 - January 2008)
For a seventh year, Loyola with the financial support of the Riordan Foundation offered the High School Placement Test Prep Project for 8th graders (HSPT-8) for boys and girls from 50 inner city Catholic and public grade schools. This year 700 students completed the program. Loyola students, parents, teachers and alumni serviced as the tutors along with a number of students from area high schools and universities. No new admissions are being accepted until September 2008 and all admissions must be through the principals at the approved cooperating grade schools.
