LOYOLA OPEN HOUSE - COMMUNITY SERVICE BOOTH - December 4, 2007 - Thomas' Photos

The annual Loyola Open House was conducted in December 2007. Members of the Community Service Leadership Team (CSLT) met with 3,000 guests over the course of a four hour period to explain the benefits of a Loyola education to prospective students and their parents.

Thomas > Junior Chris Mora, member of the CSLT, talks about the Loyola service program and the service immersion he completed in New Orleans in June 2007. The boots and the block are commemorative items created by the 26 students and 10 faculty who participated in the NOLA project. the boots were signed by all members of the Cub Crewe as was the segment of the center beam from a house constructed in the Upper Nineth Ward through the Habitat for Humanity Musicians' Village project.
